Julie Rose is a full-time nomad and travel advisor who has explored all seven continents, building a life — and business — around meaningful, experience-driven travel. With a background in journalism and a global perspective shaped by years on the road, she designs immersive journeys centered on culture, wildlife, and human connection. Julie specializes in curated group trips, including women-only experiences, that go beyond sightseeing to foster confidence, perspective, and lasting relationships. Her approach to travel is rooted in depth over speed — prioritizing local experiences, sustainability, and moments that genuinely shift how people see the world. Whether leading safaris in Africa or expedition cruises in remote regions, Julie brings both expertise and intention to every journey she creates.
Julie sold everything in 2020 to travel the world full-time and spend 10–11 months of the year abroad. Her travels span 60+ countries, with extended time living in places like Mexico and exploring regions across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Antarctica. She’s hosted women's-focused trips, wildlife safaris, and explored some of the most remote places on Earth by expedition ship. Her perspective is shaped by slow, immersive travel — favoring connection over convenience, and experiences that challenge, inspire, and expand how we think.
Julie works closely with her clients to design highly personalized and thoughtfully curated travel experiences, whether it’s a private itinerary or a group journey. She partners with trusted global operators and on-the-ground experts to ensure seamless logistics and insider access, while layering in her own firsthand knowledge and perspective. What sets her apart is her focus on depth and intention — creating trips that feel meaningful, not manufactured.
