Janet Semenova is the Co-Founder of Boutique Travel Advisors, where she helps shape a more thoughtful and elevated approach to luxury travel. With a background in healthcare, entrepreneurship, and global travel, she brings uncommon depth, discernment, and care to every journey she designs.
After more than a decade as a pediatric nurse practitioner, Janet co-founded BTA with a vision to create travel experiences that are highly personalized, deeply meaningful, and seamlessly executed. Her work is guided by empathy, cultural curiosity, and a belief that travel should expand perspective, strengthen connection, and leave a lasting impression.
Today, she is known for designing journeys that are both refined and purposeful, often blending luxury, access, and meaningful local connection in a way that feels personal, distinctive, and deeply considered.
